Ace 66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

Welcome to Ace 66. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Ace 66 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all use of the website ace66.world and all services offered by Ace 66.

By browsing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any Ace 66 services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all rules, policies, and guidelines set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms are supplementary to all other policies issued by Ace 66, including Privacy Policy and guide Responsible Gaming. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

To register and use the Ace 66 platform, you must meet all the following eligibility requirements:

Ace 66 conducts periodic verification checks. If you provide false information during registration — particularly regarding your age or identity — Ace 66 reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and forfeit all winnings accumulated while the account was active.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at Ace 66 at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
• Notify Ace 66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or anyone else.

Ace 66 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account without providing any reason. Ace 66's decision in such matters is final.

Ace 66 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that was same used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the Ace 66 finance team. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may vary depending on your VIP membership tier.

Ace 66 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment method providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond Ace 66's control.

Ace 66 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP Rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each offer.

General principles applicable to all Ace 66 bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account, one (1) device, and one (1) IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Ace 66 reserves the right to decline or void any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or system exploitation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while Blackjack and Baccarat may only contribute 20%–50%.
• Bonuses come with varying validity periods. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically.

• All game results are final once a round is completed. No appeals will be considered unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game, Ace 66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• For Sports Betting and live matches, match cancellations or void results will be governed by Ace 66's separate Sports Betting rules.
• Ace 66 uses independently audited software and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure the fairness of all digital games.

Players are not permitted to use any software, scripts, or automated methods to influence game outcomes or exploit any system vulnerabilities. The use of bots or automation tools is strictly prohibited.

The following are strictly prohibited on the Ace 66 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with another individual.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or unintended arbitrage opportunities within the Ace 66 system.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
• Using stolen or unauthorised credit cards or payment methods to make deposits.
• Filing unauthorized chargebacks on valid deposits.
• Colluding with other players in poker or table games to the detriment of other players.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any dealer, staff member, or other player.
• Using automation software, bots, or any external tools to influence game outcomes.

Ace 66 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
• An active self-exclusion order.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Ace 66 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be refunded within 5 business days.

Ace 66 respects the privacy of all its members. The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy our separate policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to Ace 66 processing your personal data for the following purposes:

Ace 66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or failures on the platform that are beyond the reasonable control of Ace 66.
• Game outcomes acted upon by members based on misunderstood or misinterpreted information.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions by third parties, including cyberattacks or software bugs beyond Ace 66's control.

Ace 66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically, especially before making any financial transactions or claiming any bonus.

For any dispute arising from the use of the Ace 66 platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through Ace 66's internal complaints procedure. Ace 66's decision on any dispute relating to the interpretation of these Terms shall be final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
